If we miss a spot, you can let us know and we'll return within 24 hours to fix the mistake - however we always strive to ensure this never happens!

We'll text you up to 60 minutes before your appointment, and send a closed gate photo afterwards for peace of mind.

Who Are We?
Smart Scoopers is a professional and reliable solution to all your pet waste removal and yard sanitation needs.
Nobody likes cleaning up poop - it's one of the worst chores and in the blistering Arizona heat it somehow gets even worse! We wanted to ease the burden for all our customers and let them relax whilst we take care of the dirty work.
We've partnered with our local no-kill animal shelter and proudly donate 5% of all our profits towards the costs of food, care and all other expenses these sadly under-funded rescues take on.
We also service commercial properties, HOA's, Apartment Complexes and more - please feel free to reach out to us to discuss your needs!
Aside for taking care of your pet waste needs for you, we get to meet hundreds of your cute, loveable dogs as we work - this is a huge bonus for all of us since we love dogs!

Monday - Friday during daylight hours (times may shift seasonally). You'll be assigned a fixed service day - no fixed time - and we send an ETA during the day.
Yes. We text before arrival and send a closed-gate photo after each visit for peace of mind.
Yes. We're full-service haul-away - we take all collected waste with us. Nothing is left in your bin unless you've asked us to.
Residential scooping starts from $18 per visit. The initial cleanup is based on number of dogs, time since last clean, yard size, and waste present. Any online estimate is confirmed on arrival after inspection.

Billed on the 1st of each month to a card on file. If you start mid-month, we prorate and charge the remainder after your first visit; then you're on 1st-of-month billing going forward.
If we can't reach you to arrange late payment within 7 days, service is paused. After another 7 days, a $25 late fee applies. After 1 month unpaid, service is terminated and we make a final collection attempt.
We'll knock, then call once, then text once. If we can't enter within 15 minutes, we move on. The visit is charged as normal, and all waste is collected at the next scheduled visit.
We do not work on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. Visits on those days may be skipped or rescheduled within the surrounding week.
For safety (lightning, monsoons, high winds, extreme heat, flooding/mud, poor visibility), we may pause or reschedule. Heavy ground cover (long grass/leaves/rocks) can reduce visibility; we'll always do our best.
Yes. Additional visits are billed at your standard weekly visit fee. Please request 24+ hours in advance. Requests under 24 hours aren't guaranteed and, if accepted,will add a $10 "emergency cleanup" surcharge. These are billed with your monthly charge on the 1st.
Yes. We clean/disinfect tools and footwear between properties as a hygiene best practice.
Dogs should be indoors or securely separated unless we've met them and noted they're friendly. Safety first for your pets and our techs.
Skip: please let us know 24 hours in advance.
Pause/Cancel: give 2 business days notice before the next billing cycle (the 1st). Extended pauses may require a fresh initial cleanup when you resume.
No credits or refunds are given. If a service is missed on our side, it's charged as normal and all waste is collected at the next scheduled visit. If you're ever unhappy, contact us within 24 hours and we'll return for a touch-up.
We may take non-identifying photos for documentation/quality (and marketing unless you opt out by emailing [email protected]). Any identifying photos require your opt-in before public use. Reviews you submit may be used with your first name.
Service alerts (ETAs, gate photo, access issues) are part of service. You can opt out of marketing at any time - reply STOP to texts or use the email unsubscribe. You'll still receive essential service messages.
