What To Expect How Our Commercial Services Work
Customer Portal
Once you're onboarded you will have access to our customer portal where you can see all the services we will be performing for you. We don't schedule specific recurring appointment times, only days - this is to avoid complex scheduling and missed appointments should other service calls take longer to clean than anticipated.
Services
When we arrive we will proceed to each area and begin completion of your service. This can be restocking, emptying and maintaing dog waste stations, scooping poop in common areas or our whole area sanitation or repellent spraying.
Guarantee
We commit to 100% satisfaction in all our services, if there are any issues you can contact us directly via call or email and we will strive to get it resolved in 24 hours or less.
Completion
Once we have succesfully completed all of your scheduled services we can send an email confirmation if you choose to receive them letting you know all the scheduled services have been completed and highlighting any problems we may have noticed.
What We Offer Our Commercial Services
Pet Waste Stations
We can provide, install and maintain pet waste stations in your common areas. We empty, maintain and stock them as often as necessary.
Green Space Poop Scooping
Pet waste removal from green space areas like parks, play areas, common areas and more. We're full service so we take the waste with us.
Deodorisation/Sanitation Add-On
We offer spot deodorization + sanitation with our scooping visits, spraying each spot after scooping to keep the area fresh and clean.
Whole Area Sanitation
Worried about diseases like Parvovirus, Feline Calicivirus, Feline Panleukopenia and more? We offer whole area pet-safe sanitation spray.
Repellent Spray
Want to stop dogs and cats pooping in common areas? Our pet safe repellent spray deters animals, keeping it clean for up to a month.
Sample Collection
If you are having issues with pet waste being left and need samples for DNA testing, we can collect and deliver them to you to send away.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If we miss a spot, you can let us know and we'll return within 24 hours to fix the mistake - we always strive to ensure this never happens!
On Demand Servicing
If you need servicing outside of your regularly scheduled days we are available to call and schedule additional service urgently.

How does the process work?
Get in touch
For commercial servicing for HOA's, Apartment Complexes, Dog Parks and more you can call us directly for a customised quote for all your waste handling needs.
Fill in details
When you're happy with the quote and ready to move forward, we'll take all the details needed to get you set up for service and billing on our customer portal system.
Schedule
Once you've signed up and are succesfully onboarded through our customer portal, you'll be added to our schedule based on the chosen services and frequency, easy!
Service starts
We will visit your properties based on the service frequency selected, this can be from three times a week all the way up to once a month to complete your services!
