A. You provide

• Identifiers & contact: name, email, phone, billing address, service address.
• Service details: number of dogs, access/gate codes, preferred service day, service notes/hazards, photos you send.
• Account & payment: plan selection, invoices, payment method details handled by our processor (we do not store full card numbers).
• Communications: messages, emails, recorded consents, reviews/testimonials.

B. Automatically online

• Device & usage: IP address, browser, pages viewed, referring links, timestamps, approximate location from IP.
• Cookies: strictly necessary cookies; analytics/performance cookies (Google Analytics); security/performance cookies (Cloudflare).

C. From service providers/partners

• Payments: limited transaction details from Stripe (e.g., last 4 digits, status).
• Communications: delivery status for SMS/email from our CRM Sweep&Go.
• Operations: Cloudflare security/CDN, hosting, customer support, route/dispatch, and IT/security vendors.

Sensitive information: Access gate codes are used only to deliver services and secure your property. We do not sell this information.

2) How We Use Information

• Service & operations: scheduling, routing, access, scooping/haul‑away, safety, support, invoicing.
• Account & billing: account setup/management, payments via Stripe, fraud prevention, collections.
• Communications: ETAs/arrival texts, reminders, updates, responses; marketing with consent via Sweep&Go.
• Website & analytics: site maintenance and performance with Google Analytics; protection/acceleration via Cloudflare.
• Security & legal: protect against fraud/abuse; comply with law; enforce terms and policies.

3) Disclosures of Information

• Service providers: Stripe, Sweep&Go, Cloudflare, hosting, support, routing/dispatch, IT/security.
• Advisors & compliance: accountants, legal counsel, insurance.
• Authorities: where required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property.
• Business transfers: in a merger/acquisition; we’ll notify you where permitted.

We do not sell personal information and do not share personal information for cross‑context behavioral advertising.

4) Cookies & Tracking

• Strictly necessary cookies: security/navigation (Cloudflare may set cookies for security/performance).
• Analytics cookies: Google Analytics measures usage and performance.
• Advertising cookies: not used. If added later, we’ll provide opt‑out controls and honor Global Privacy Control (GPC).

Your controls: manage cookies in your browser; Google offers GA opt‑out tools. Blocking some cookies may impact site functionality.

5) Text Messages & Email

By providing your mobile number/email you consent to service‑related messages (ETAs, reminders, access issues, receipts). Message/data rates may apply.

• Marketing: sent only with consent; opt out via STOP (texts) or email unsubscribe. You’ll still receive essential service alerts.
• Delivery providers: messages may be sent via Sweep&Go; we keep consent and opt‑out records.

6) Data Retention

• Account/service: active + up to 4 years after closure.
• Invoices/payments: up to 7 years.
• Access/gate codes: for the duration of service; removed when service ends or upon request.
• SMS/email logs: up to 2 years.
• Website analytics: GA defaults/controls or 14–26 months.
• Security/CDN logs: per Cloudflare/host defaults and security needs.

7) Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8) Your Privacy Rights & Choices (U.S.)

• Access/Know; Delete; Correct; Opt‑out of sale/share (not applicable today); Limit use of sensitive information; Appeal.

9) California Notice at Collection

We collect identifiers, commercial info, internet/usage data, approximate geolocation, communications, and—when provided—sensitive access instructions (gate codes). We do not sell or share personal information. Sources: you; our website (including Google Analytics and Cloudflare); providers such as Stripe and Sweep&Go. Retention: see Section 6.

10) Children’s Privacy

Not directed to children under 13; we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

11) International Users

Our services are intended for the United States. If you access from elsewhere, your information may be processed in the U.S.

We may update this Policy and post the new effective date; we may also provide additional notice where appropriate.
