What To Expect How Our Residential Services Work
Service Notifications
If you choose to get notifications, we'll text you up to 60 minutes before we arrive to confirm your yard is accessible and any aggressive/territorial dogs are secured inside. We don't schedule specific recurring appointment times, only days - this is to avoid complex scheduling and missed appointments should a yard take longer to clean than anticipated.
Arrival
When we arrive we will proceed to your yard, ensuring it is clear of any dogs that we do not know or know to be aggressive/territorial. If there are dogs in the yard that would pose a safety risk we will attempt to contact you - if we are unable to get in touch we will skip that visit and when we return for your next service we will pick up all the waste we were unable to collect last time.
Services
If we are able to enter the yard safely we will quietly and efficiently complete your service! This includes removing all poop and taking it with us as well as performing any add-ons or one time services such as Spot Deodorization & Sanition, Repellent Spraying or Whole Yard Sanitization.
Completion
Once we have succesfully completed all of your scheduled services we will leave your yard and send you a notification containing a photograph of your closed and secured gate. This is your confirmation service has been completed and it is safe to let your dogs outdoors again to enjoy their clean yard.

Poop Scooping
Efficient and thorough pet waste removal from your yard, keeping it clean and tidy for you and your pets to enjoy. We're full service so we take the waste with us.
Deodorisation/Sanitation Add-On
We offer spot deodorization + sanitation with our scooping visits, spraying each spot after scooping to keep your yard smelling fresh and preventing harmful bacteria buildup.
Whole Yard Deodorization/Sanitation
Worried about diseases like Parvo? We offer whole yard sanitation to keep your pets safe.
Repellent Spray
Want to stop dogs using your front yard as their own? Our pet safe repellent spray deters animals, keeping it clean for up to a month.
Gate Combination Lock
Want to keep your gate securely locked but ensure we have access? We can provide a free gate lock with your chosen combination for the duration of your subscription.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If we miss a spot, you can let us know and we'll return within 24 hours to fix the mistake - however we always strive to ensure this never happens!
Pre/Post Service Alerts
We'll text you up to 60 minutes before your appointment, and send a closed gate photo afterwards for peace of mind.
Health & Wellness
If we notice anything out of the ordinary with the poop we're scooping, we'll let you know so you can keep your pets happy and healthy.

How does the process work?
Get in touch
Use our instant online quoting tool to get fast pricing for your exact requirements including any add-ons or one time services you need, or you can call us for any help or questions.
Fill in details
Complete your information such as address, dog information & services needed to finish the sign up process, this includes securely entering your payment card for monthly billing.
Schedule
Once you've signed up and succesfully submitted payment through our customer portal, you'll be added to our schedule, easy! We bill once a month on the 1st.
Service starts
We will visit your yard based on the service frequency selected, this can be from three times a week all the way up to once a month to complete your services!
